I usually easily get gold by rushing other characters to towns for an ammount of about 500 gold and i do about 5 towns at once for 500 gold each and i can make about 6k in 2 hrs.

U still dont get all the gold that drops on the ground because the henchmen also get a cut on the gold and the items so that not that many wil drop the best is to go out on your own if your strong enough and u can heal urself somehow

I find that farming the drakes in a couple of the missions to be any easy way for me to make some quick cash... I can also solo it with my Ranger/Necro

At the beggining the best way to make gold in my opinion is salvaging items because you can selll to other players. You can sell iron ingots for 10 gold each very easily, it may not seem like much but if you salvage a lot and get like 100 irons thaats 1 plat right there. For items i find that the later missions and lornars pass give quite a few nice items.
